The ancient town of CARDIGAN sits on river Teifi estuary at the base of Cardigan Bay. A great way to spend the day is a boat trip to see the dolphins or visit Cardigan Castle where you can explore the medieval walls to seek out the castle remains and visit the Georgian Mansion.

CENARTH is a pretty village in the Teifi valley, famous for a series of small waterfalls, pools and a well known salmon leap. Also here is THE NATIONAL CORACLE CENTRE a unique collection of coracles from Wales and around the world, including India, Vietnam, Iraq and America.

Between Devil’s Bridge and Aberystwyth is the RHEIDOL RAILWAY, an unforgettable 12 mile journey through spectacular scenery on the historic narrow-gauge steam railway.

ABERYSTWYTH is a melting pot of cultures with a range of museums, archives and galleries. The promenade still retains much of its Georgian and Victorian character but its actually a lot older, the ruins of the Medieval castle are just south of the harbour.

TENBY is a town steeped in ancient history surrounded by a medieval stone wall. Inside its wall you’ll find quaint cobbled streets and the picturesque harbour full of pretty boats. Its also famous for its two beautiful beaches, Harbour Beach and Castle Beach.

CARMARTHEN is the oldest town in Wales and has a reputation of many myths and legends! Amongst the narrow cobbled streets you’ll find St Catherine’s and Merlin’s Walk with a wide variety of shops or visit the new Carmarthen Market.
