Choosing Your Holiday
We try our best to provide holidays that all customers can enjoy but we do recognise that not all our holidays are entirely suitable for people with poor mobility, disabilities or special needs. For example, some holidays involve a great deal of travelling, changes of hotel, boarding of ferries or trains and visits to ancient properties. Also some excursions require a fair amount of walking. Please note it is not possible to bring walkers or folding wheelchairs on holidays outside the UK or where ferry crossings are included.
We ask that you consider these points when selecting your holiday as it is not possible for our driver(s) to provide an additional level of care.
For continental holidays it is essential to have a valid passport and we also recommend a European Health Insurance card when travelling to countries in the Europe.
HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY
Please ring 01761 417629 to check the availability of your chosen holiday and reserve your seats.
Once you have spoken to a representative and confirmed the availability, please complete the booking form ONLINE.
Please note that after completing the form online, you are also required to pay a deposit; £60 per person by cash, cheque or internet banking.
The booking form is required even if you have travelled with us before.
You will receive a confirmation letter within 7 days of receipt of your booking form and deposit. This letter will confirm your reservation, seat number, special requirements and will also advise when the balance is due to be paid. Luggage labels and a detailed itinerary will be sent to you after receipt of your final payment, approximately two weeks before your departure. A reminder will not be sent when the final balance is due.

For additional departure points or more information please telephone. You are responsible for ensuring you are at the correct departure point at the correct time, we cannot be liable for any loss or expense incurred by passengers because of late arrival. Free secure parking is available at our depot.
Home Pick Ups
Our holiday prices do not include an allowance for home pick ups. However, we appreciate that some passengers are not able to join the coach at recognised departure points, however you can join the coach at our depot which is a convenient drop off point and there is also free parking available.
HOLIDAY TRAVEL INSURANCE
For all overseas holidays you MUST have insurance and for all UK holidays we highly recommend insurance to cover medical, repatriation costs, personal injury, loss of baggage and cancellation charges.
You are free to choose your own insurance provider & it is your responsibility to obtain cover and inform John Martin Coaches of the name of your insurance company and policy number either before or when you pay your final holiday balance.
