BABBACOMBE is a charming character-full village set high on a red sandstone cliff with picturesque views of Oddicombe and Babbacombe’s golden sandy beaches. A cliff railway, one of the few original working funicular railways still in existence today, takes you down to the beach, where you’ll discover a small pier and genteel seafront. Other attractions include a theatre, Bygones with authentic curiosities & quirky memorabilia and the model village featuring thousands of miniature buildings encapsulating the essence of all things British!
