WADDESDON MANOR A stunning French Renaissance-style château built by Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild in 1874 to house extensive art treasures so he could display his wealth when he entertained the fashionable world. The art collection includes English portraits, Dutch masters and French decorative arts – some of the finest in the world! Outside, step back in time in the Victorian style gardens, admire the parterre amid the ornate fountains and statuary and hear rare and exotic birds calling from the rococo style Aviary.
OXFORD the ‘City of Dreaming Spires’ is famous the world over for its university and for over 800 years, its been a home to royalty and scholars.
