HET LOO PALACE & GARDENS were built for William III and his consort Mary II of England and was used by the Dutch Royal family for over 300 years. The Palace Forecourt with its tree-lined boulevard leads to the palace itself, admire the Dutch baroque architecture, opulent interiors and an extensive art collection. The NETHERLANDS OPEN AIR MUSEUM is located near Arnhem. Covering forty-four hectares, the museum focuses on the everyday lives of ordinary people and demonstrates the old way of life in the Netherlands.
