Hotel Information

The 4 star Bodelwyddan Castle Hotel has all the amenities you would expect from a modern hotel. Rooms will normally be allocated in Llewellyn Hall or Williams Village. All rooms are en suite and have a fresh contemporary decor with television, telephone, hairdryer, iron/board, safe and tea/coffee facilities. The hotel has a lift and Wi-Fi is available.

As with all Warner’s hotels you can expect an abundance of daytime activities from archery and rifle shooting to bowls, putting and croquet. At the Leisure Club you can enjoy a swim, experience a steam room, sauna and bubble pool, there is also a fully equipped gym and a spa (extra cost).

 

Night-time entertainment is second to none and this weekend has a 60’s theme starring the Union Gap UK, The Swinging Blue Jeans plus an in-house DJ each night.

 

The market town of RUTHIN is set in one of the most beautiful landscapes in Britain and is layered with 800 years of history! The town has quaint winding streets and stunning architecture at every turn, at its centre is the red sandstone Ruthin Castle which sits at the top of a hill overlooking the town.

 

PORT SUNLIGHT VILLAGE was founded by ‘soap king’ William Hesketh Lever in 1888, he built this unique village to house his ‘Sunlight Soap’ factory workers! Today it is home to the fascinating PORT SUNLIGHT MUSEUM & EDWARDIAN WORKER’S COTTAGE  which display William Lever’s vision for his workers from working conditions to the charming architecture and lively social scene. Also discover the Lady Lever Art Gallery regarded as one of the finest in Europe. We will be joined on the coach by a local guide.
