The 4 star Norton Park is one of the finest hotels in Hampshire set within 54 acres of parkland. All rooms are elegant and contemporary, en suite with television, hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities. Leisure facilities include; indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Spa treatments are also available (extra cost). Some rooms are reached by a covered walkway, all other rooms are accessible by a lift.

WHITCHURCH SILK MILL is a gem of industrial heritage set in beautiful rural Hampshire. The Mill dates back to 1815 and has recently been refurbished and still produces high quality silks. Discover the water wheel, the Victorian machinery and pretty gardens all on the bank of the river Test.

WINCHESTER is the perfect English city, steeped in history, packed with ancient buildings, monuments and museums. These include the world-famous Cathedral, Victorian Guildhall and the statue of King Alfred the Great. Its also the birthplace of the modern game of cricket and the resting place of author Jane Austen. Winchester is truly a destination for all seasons.

The WATERCRESS LINE is where you can experience the golden age of steam and travel on a steam train from Arlesford to Alton and back, a journey of 20 miles. This line dates back to 1865 and once carried the watercress from the beds at Arlesford to London. It has recently celebrated 40 years as a heritage railway.

PORTSMOUTH is a city surrounded by sea with strong connections with the Royal Navy, attractions include the Historic Dockyard, the 170 metre Spinnaker Tower, providing stunning views across the region. Gunwharf Quays is the waterfront destination with designer shopping outlets, art gallery, cafes and restaurants. Don’t forget Old Portsmouth with cobbled streets that used to be the haunt of vagabonds, thieves, seafarers and press gangs but life is quieter there now, with traditional pubs, tea rooms and fish markets.
