Discover the West Coast of Cornwall with its seafaring history, rugged coastline, pretty towns and quaint fishing villages.
We stay at the ancient market town of PENZANCE, capital of far west Cornwall! The town overlooks the beautiful Mount’s Bay and has the most westerly major harbour on the English Channel from where ferry services operate to the Isles of Scilly. Penzance has something for everyone from its terraces and historic streets which are home to artisan makers, inspiring galleries and high street shops to its inviting promenade, beach and harbour.
ST IVES is a picturesque fishing harbour with tightly packed slate roofs, fisherman’s cottages, church towers and four golden beaches. Since the 1800’s the town has been a magnet for some of the world’s greatest painters, sculptors and ceramists. Its still the same today with numerous galleries lining its cobbled streets.
