Guernsey a small island with a big heart !

Nestled in the middle of the channel islands within sight of the French coast, Guernsey retains much of its traditional charm alongside the identity of a modern and vibrant British island.

A local guide will escort us on a FULL DAY COACH TOUR OF GUERNSEY. Soak up the wonderful scenery, beaches and view points along the way. Included is a visit to the ‘Little Chapel’ beautifully decorated with seashells, pebbles and broken china! And a visit to the Freesia Centre, to witness the various stages of the growing process together with the exotic fragrances.

On your free day perhaps visit Guernsey’s capital ST PETER PORT. The town is considered to be one of Europe’s prettiest harbours with cobbled streets, a picturesque seafront, marina and historic gardens. Steeped in ancient history discover; the Castle Cornet which has stood guard over the town for 800 years, the Guernsey Tapestry, Hauteville House, Guernsey Museum & Art Gallery and the Vallette Underground Military Museum plus much more. NB. A local bus departs regularly from the hotel if you would like to explore independently.

Enjoy a full day’s excursion to the sleepy ISLE OF SARK, just 50 minutes by boat from Guernsey. This peaceful island is only 2 square miles, discover its natural beauty and rugged cliffs. Sark’s commercial centre is easily reached by a ‘tractor-train’ the only form of bus service as there are no cars on the island. Included in your sightseeing itinerary is a two hour horse drawn carriage ride, by far the best way to see the island!
