At LAKE ULLSWATER, join a steam-boat for a cruise on this beautiful lake. Departing the pretty lakeside village of Pooley Bridge it steams for just over an hour to arrive at the former mining village of Glenridding.

Hidden beneath a grass roof is the RHEGED VISITOR CENTRE, a building of architectural merit. This unique heritage centre is home to shops, crafts, an art gallery, photography exhibitions and a 3D cinema.

LAKE WINDERMERE CRUISE from Lakeside Pier we a cruise across Windermere, England’s largest lake. Enjoy some of the finest views along the way as we sail to BOWNESS, a bustling tourist town on the banks of the Lake where outdoor activities are in abundance. Attractions in the town include; The World of Beatrix Potter, St Martin’s parish church and behind you’ll find Lowside, a web of narrow streets which give an idea of how the village looked before the railway arrived.
